What's the difference between HDR (Economy) and Images with Lighting (Premium)?
Here are visual examples of what a stills comparison is and a video comparison is. The settings on both are identical. The only difference is professional lighting. Notice how the professional lighting actually renders proper colours and less harsh shadows.
- What are your hours?

We are Monday to Friday with shooting hours from 10am-3pm unless we are shooting authentic twilight. The rest of the day is reserved for editing.
- How much time notice do you need to schedule a shoot?

We need a minimum of 24 hours. We will always do our best to schedule you in as soon as we can.
- When will I receive my Media after the shoot?

This completely depends on your imaging needs. Please contact us for further details about your shooting requirements.
- What payment options do you accept?

We accept Etransfer, Visa and Mastercard. Payments are due before we release all media. If products have been added on site we will bill after the session.
- Do you Travel?

Yes we do travel all over the GTA. Travel charges may apply outside of 1 hours from our home base.
- Where are you located?

We are located in Newmarket, Ont and travel.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 4 hours or less before a scheduled shoot are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- What if I need to reschedule?

Rescheduling is completely understandable. Please give us 24 hours notice.
- What if the weather is bad?

This definitely happens and we would be happy to reschedule to the next best day.
- How long with the session last?

Depending on the services ordered we will take anywhere from 30 minutes to more.
- You can photoshop that out, right?

Yes we can photoshop 98% of things however this does come with an up charge depending on the time it takes. If this pops up on site and is not previously discussed we will ask and quote the cost associated on site.
- Do I need to be present during the photoshoot?

The nature of this question is very dependant upon your shoot. Some projects no and some yes. Contact us to discuss your needs.
